Ingredients
  • 7 oz water
  • 6 oz granulated sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean, split
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently until the sugar is dissolved
  2. Remove from the heat, and allow the vanilla to infuse the syrup for 30 minutes, before removing the vanilla bean
Recipe Notes
If vanilla beans are not available, flavor plain syrup to taste with vanilla extract.
