Sugared Almonds



  • 100 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 50 grams Water
  • 132 grams Blanched Almonds


  • Pre-heat your oven to 400°F
  • Combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil.
  • Toss the almonds in and stir to coat with the sugar syrup.
  • Strain nuts out of syrup and spread on a silicone baking mat - lined sheetpan and bake.
  • Stir frequently during baking until golden, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
