- 100 grams Granulated Sugar
- 50 grams Water
- 132 grams Blanched Almonds
- Pre-heat your oven to 400°F
- Combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil.
- Toss the almonds in and stir to coat with the sugar syrup.
- Strain nuts out of syrup and spread on a silicone baking mat - lined sheetpan and bake.
- Stir frequently during baking until golden, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
