Sugared Almonds

Sugared Almonds
  • 100 grams Granulated Sugar
  • 50 grams Water
  • 132 grams Blanched Almonds
  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400°F

  2. Combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil.

  3. Toss the almonds in and stir to coat with the sugar syrup.

  4. Strain nuts out of syrup and spread on a silicone baking mat - lined sheetpan and bake.

  5. Stir frequently during baking until golden, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
