Brown the butter, strain through a fine mesh strainer and chill. Once butter is solidified, cream with sugar until light and fluffy. Slowly add eggs & yolks blending until smooth. Sift together dry ingredients. Add to sugar/butter mixture alternating with milk. Next, add the dry ingredients in 3 parts, alternating with the wet ingredients. *3 dry additions, 2 wet additions. Spread into parchment lined 1/4 sheet pan. Bake at , 300F convection 20-25 minutes.
