Sugared Almonds

Instructions
Pre-heat your oven to 400°F
Combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil.
Toss the almonds in and stir to coat with the sugar syrup.
Strain nuts out of syrup and spread on a silicone baking mat - lined sheetpan and bake.
Stir frequently during baking until golden, about 10 minutes. Cool completely.
